Fleet Renewal

Our vehicles have an average age of 3–4 years, and 100% are equipped with Euro 6 engines, helping reduce pollutant emissions.

    Customer Agreements for HVO Routes

    We have established agreements with our customers to operate routes using HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), a renewable biofuel that significantly reduces CO₂ emissions.

    Villart Logistic’s Commitment to Reducing Plastic Pellet Loss

    Villart Logistic, SLU reaffirms its commitment to environmental protection and minimizing plastic pellet loss in its logistics operations. As part of our participation in the Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) programme, we have implemented controls and training to prevent accidental spills and manage incidents effectively.
    In 2024, we reached a key milestone: 100% of our staff received OCS training, ensuring that all team members understand the procedures and work towards the goal of zero pellet loss.

    • Recorded pellet trips: 804
    • Checklists completed by drivers: 155
    • Torn bag incidents detected by drivers: 9
    • Torn bag incidents reported by customers: 7

          Thanks to the measures implemented, Villart Logistic maintains its commitment to reducing pellet loss and continuously improving its controls. We continue progressing towards our goal of zero operational loss, with enhanced monitoring at Figueres, our sole operational inspection point.
